Calier - Igualdad e inclusión
18 Mar 2024

At Calier, our commitment to people goes beyond job creation. We strive to build a work environment that is safe, healthy, diverse, inclusive, and supportive. In this environment, learning, talent, and leadership are fostered, while we adapt to new ways of organizing and working driven by digitalization.

Promoting equality and inclusion

Diversity and inclusion are core values for us. We are committed to reducing inequalities and rejecting any form of discrimination, whether based on race, gender, culture, religion, age, opinion, or any other personal or social condition. Our decisions regarding recruitment, promotion, and compensation are based on objective data related to qualifications, achievements, and performance, promoting these values from senior management to every member of our workforce.

Initiatives to promote gender equality

This commitment is reflected in several concrete actions implemented to foster gender equality, including:

  1. Equality Plan: We have implemented a robust equality plan that establishes clear objectives and concrete measures to promote equal opportunities.
  2. Anti-Harassment Protocol: We have developed a protocol that guarantees a safe and respectful environment, based on the principle of zero tolerance toward any form of harassment or discrimination.
  3. Non-Sexist Language Guide: We have a guide in place to ensure that our communication reflects our firm belief in gender equality.

These initiatives reflect our values and contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No. 5, which seeks to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
